Hot Air Balloon schools in Africa

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any good experiences with any hot air balloon schools in Africa? I am hoping to do it for the experience and the fun on my next holiday. I already hold a fixed wing commercial licence. Any information would be appreciated.

Not sure there are any schools as such but one of the biggest operators is Bill Harrop in Johannesburg. Give them a call.

Rough licence requirements for PPL (B) is around 16 hours, 5 written exams, solo and then flight test.

Full CPL (B) min of 75 hours + all of the above and more exams and solo time required

Full details try the BBAC.org website where requirements pretty similar to SA
