What are the parents supposed to do? Scold the pilots? This is pure comedy......
I am not in Arik but if this is true, then the pilots have decided to grow some balls because they've always been owed by this operator.

Arik fired the A-340 fleet pilots and they haven't been paid from February. Guys don't go there, you will fly for free. Even if they offer u a 15/15 or 21/21, don't go. Pass this info to everybody. It's not a reliable organitation.
