Have you checked Google Earth ?

Ground level accuracy is within 20-40 metres compared to actual in remote areas as measured by GPS (WGS 84) for most areas of the African continent (I regularly use GE for land navigation in the Sahara), perfectly suitable for any VFR navigation. In cities / on roads accuracy is to within a couple of metres.

Thumbs up google earth is your friend...

I use google earth quite a bit to find exact positions with their Lats & Logs.
Very easy and you are sure, as you do it yourself, that there are no mistakes.
Cheap mistakes are not what you want when flying to a location in the middle of nowhere!

Aren't they marked on the Jeppesen High/Low enroute charts 1/2 for Southern Africa?

I think he is actually looking for legit enroute IFR waypoints and not custom built GE waypoints...?

Just the way I read it anyway.
