JAA CPL and FAA ATP into Nigerian CPL or ATPL

Hi guys,

Anybdy can give me some information about the conversion process in Nigeria?
I tried to reach the CAA but no answers.

You need to have a work-permit and job-offer on a 5N registered aircraft before you can convert your licence. You also need to go to NCAA office in Lagos in person - they will not reply to emails.
