After buying Kijipwa Aviation facility north of Mombasa and announcing plans to buy 25 planes, he now goes and buys 49% of Phoenix Aviation at Wilson Airport.

That guy knows how to do business. HK and Macau have been transformed due to his businesses regardless of what people say about him.
