kindly note that the following caa at Africa deal only with applications applied through a local agent:

ANGOLA
BENIN
CHAD
EGYPT
LIBYA
MOROCCO

Kenya has an online application system (kcaa.or.ke) for permits, Tanzania also does not require an agent (though it might speed things up a bit to have someone on site).

Nigeria also accepts direct applications by email or AFTN

I can confirm kenya has online system but fist you must pay them for admin fees to active your application
