Renewal of SA CPL licence

Hi there
I'm planing to go renew my SA CPL which has lapsed since january 2009 and i'm not very current with the new laws that came by.Anyone here who can tell me what are needed in order to comply with the renewal.I'm current with my current national CPL and has been acitvely flying since 2 years ago,would that help.Thanks in advance
