SAA salary reductions

Can anyone give some insight to the rumour that SAA has a secondary pay scale for new guys starting there? I understand the starting package is much less than the last intake.

Thats what I thought. But then technically SAAPA can only fight for a SAAPA member, and you are not a SAAPA member until you accepted the (new) offer?
