Couldn't have said it better myself. Those guys want to jump the line, get ahead of guys/gals doing it the right way, and when they get rightfully shafted, they are looking for sympathy.
BTW, bretagne people "do speak" about these schemes (do a 30 second internet search). The problem is people participating in these schemes "DO NOT LISTEN".
