Transferring Ratings Between Botswana and South Africa

I am in the process of applying with an organization in Botswana and I am hoping to head there around the beginning of 2015 to work as a pilot. My long-term goal is to go to South Africa and work as a pilot there. I am hoping that my time, experience and connections in Botswana really help out with that.

What I am wondering is how are the relations between Botswana and South Africa with regards to aviation? If I get all of my certificates and ratings (CFI, CPL, Instrument, etc.) transferred over for Botswana (CAAB) will they be recognized in SA (SACAA) or would I have to go through the process all over again?
