Start up Spanish Airline in Africa

Hello again,

Anybody hear about a new start up Spanish Airline recently established in Africa???

I've heard of something in Guinea Ecuatorial, but can't seem to pinpoint anything.
As soon as I get a lead I'll post on this same thread, likewise if anybody knows more info about this pls adv.
