Does anyone have info on the whereabouts of Capt Okpe,Ex Nigerian Airways Chief Pilot
Does anyone know the whereabouts of Captain Okpe,the former Chief Pilot of Nigerian Airways.
A book,titled "The last Flight" was written by him.He was a pioneer in the Nigerian Air force. This is the first book written giving a very good account of Nigerian Aviation history written by a Nigerian Pilot, who appears to be among the most qualified to do so.
How and when the Airforce was started, and also an account of Nigeria Airways.It has photographs which have never been published before, and information which has never been disclosed before.
Anyone who has an interest in Nigerian Aviation history should get the book.It is a must read "real life thriller", which is strongly recommended. I am very sure a lot of Pilots in Nigeria will be astonished with the information in this book
It also mentions quite a number of other Pilots who were in the same league, but somehow are not known by the general Pilot's community in Nigeria, for their flying background. You can google the book, to find out how you can get it.

Pls,does anyone have an update.
Does anyone have any information so far about Captain Okpe's whereabouts. I would still appreciate any info. I disovered a website which has a info about him, and the book,"The Last Flight",Captain August Okpe. The adress can be copied and pasted.
