Any flying schools in South Africa providing rating (endorsement) on King Air B200 / C - 90 / Pilatus PC 12 on actual aircraft.

Try Blue Chip at Wonderboom airport. I know they've got all three types and you might score some hours en-route once completed.

Good BE20 course at 43 Air School Lanseria. More training done through sim which works out cheaper than actual aircraft for same hours. Can also incorporate a 1900 type.
