Have you spoken to Zimex in Zurich, they are one of the biggest operators and recruit fairly often, You might be able to get a type rating and a RH seat there if you already have a sensible number of hours etc. Progress to the LH seat should not take very long.
If they are not recruiting they might well have some suggestions, they are a major DHC6 repair and overhaul centre and kmow most of the smaller operators.
The Twotter is a great little plane to fly but there are only a few hundred in service so your patience and persistence will be needed to find a vacancy.

Thanks for your suggestion, perhaps the best thing to do, ask them directly the question. I am approching 5000 hours with around 800 done in Africa (b350 & c208) but I am probably not the only one who will appreciate a position in this company...patience and persistence as you said...will pay one day, I agree too.
thanks and have Safe Flights.
