FastJet recruitment.
Hi all,
FastJet is was aiming for October as a start date. Surely they must be thinking of organising crew by now. Does anybody have any idea about who may in charge of there recruitment?
Much obliged for any info!

Thanks for the hot tip. Would you like to have a guess if they will hire through the exsisting recruitment agencies at Easy Jet or start a fresh in Africa?

Pabs,
I doubt easyjet will help out! I can't see many captains from LGW wanting to go out and fly for Fastjet. However, F/O's is a different matter as most of them are contracted from CTC, Oxford, etc.

6 Month Agency contracts available as well as regular contracts thus:
Captains up to $131,000
FOs up to $78,000
Can't see many people jumping at it when airlines are paying $200,000+ in China, for instance.

What's the cost of living in China vs Africa?
My average monthly expenses are roughly 200$US and that includes beer, electricity, and house cleaning...
That would be roughly 73K take home in SAVINGS per year...

For CaptZelo…so you live in a slum? Dar expat housing in a safe/sensible area is not cheap. International schools are expensive. You obviously dont drink enough beer. This money is fine if your a bachelor.
