Was there a plan to have showers fitted? Could it have been called "The Spear"?

I take this is some kind of sweetener (buy many 777 get one VIP edition half price) to make the rumoured SAA 777 deal get approval from politicians faster...

SAA has bunch of A340-200's stored, surely one of them could be converted to Fine VIP craft - I guess it's just not wabenzi enough to have a used aircraft...
