10 happy ones for IRS Nigeria !

Nigeria's IRS just turned ten. Its success is evident when viewed against the backdrop of Chanchangi, another family owned and managed carrier which flies one or two wet leased 733s, whereas its fleet was 5 B727-200s, 3 B737-200s and 2 BAC 1-11s by 2005, when it was 8-years old. The grapevine blames family squabbles for much of Chanchangi's fall. Such is absent at IRS, which has grown steadily to five Fokker F100s, two F28-4000s in storage, six destinations, some local pilots and techs, and potential for more expansion. Any news about IRS would be welcome, fellow ppruners, as word takes time getting to my digs at B/C
