Good try...

Not sure of the exact answer, but a quick call to SACAA will more likely point to the fact that if you can, it will be only available on a ZS reg operating outside SA....

Part 121 restriction ?

If the loophole is available, may make some of the chaps struggling for the last of their SACAA subjects very happy...albeit poorer for the effort...
