Should this new venture by the taxi operators succeed, it could be the best thing to happen in the SA airline industry for many years.
They have targeted a completely unexploited, but well known in terms of numbers and income, market segment which would provide a major boost to miles flown in the regional market.
Every weekend at least one of my staff taxi from Cape Town to Eastern Cape for funerals/family business, leaving Friday evening and back at work by Monday morning.
