You see the truth of the matter is that no one else wants them "lucky to have a job" you're damn right i get hundreds of CV's everyday of hopeful candidates all want to fly for Airlink, please give me a chance organise an interview blah blah blah and as soon as they get employed they go onto useless websites like this one and complain like "old tannies" you know most pilots at Link are actually happy to work here, i see them everyday but then i also see and hear the "moaners" complaining about the silliest things ever ! and some of them joined the company a year ago, imagine! To those who wanna quit and get out of here, go ahead there are many pilots outside waiting for an opportunity ! And by the way i know what you all get paid if there is really someone here that needs to complain then it will be me ! so gedra julle !!

"Useless website like this"?
Really a useless website? I wonder then, where else will you find the real truth about an airline outside of an anonymous website like this, where you can tell what it really is like at the particular airline without being fired/bullied by people like you?
What about all the facts that you are realistically not able to ask at an interview, because you will NOT be selected if you "go there"??
I made damn sure I read as much about my current employer on PPRuNe BEFORE applying here! Believe you me, there were quite a few places that I deemed 'jumping out of the frying-pan into the fire' and therefore passed on my wish list!
I suggest any and all prospective applicants to an airline do similar!
Yes, being picky about my employer has certainly been worth it, no airline is perfect, but some are FAR worse towards their pilots than others.
