low flying planes over laikipia at night

At four am there are several low flying turbo props heard flying over northern laikipia. Anyone know anything about this? Golden eagle or airforce boys?

Think this sort of thing has been going on for quite some time - both turbines and pistons! Its something to do with the air at night in the tropics. Makes pilots think they're immortal...

Something similar used to be reported nearer the south border, but then the local rumors were variously a) gold smuggling b) arms smuggling c) wild animal illegal exports or d) some drunken idiot showing off to the latest girlfriend.

There's a neat green handheld laser on the market strong enough to reach space - maybe you should get one and see who it is!!?

Had some prick trying to hit me with one of those green lasers a few weeks back. Like to pin him down and blast that thing into the back of his eyeballs.
