Looks like we will be getting a new national carrier soon! They will have more flights and capacity than SAA! Article on Online Travel

Thank you for that news Flymecpt, I missed it. It is really needed on that route. It is very difficult to get first class seats without 3 months notice at the moment. We fly ATH DXB JNB and the prices are cheaper than any other airline and the standard of service fantastic. We know the problems from other threads about the crew duty hours. This is confirmed by the flight deck crew. I was chatting to one captain who looked 10 years older than he was. Glad I gave it up when I did.
