Help getting FAA PPL books to Somaliland
I have a young (American) friend who is working in Somaliland teaching maths to young women, and she would like to get started on working on her Private Pilot licence. She is home in the summer and can get the flying part done then, but if we can get the books to her sooner, she can get on with the ground school herself.
She can try doing it the online route, but the internet is a bit, well, you know..... erratic, so if I could get the books to her that would be a lot more straightforward.
She said there isn't a postal service as such, so that isn't really an option.
If anyone has any suggestions or contacts who may be able to help, I would be very grateful.
