Benghazi RJ

Does anyone know the identity of the Avro RJ which appears to be stranded at Benghazi, as seen on several news features about the airport?

Air Libya operates a BAe 146-300, 5A-DKQ, as seen here.

Maybe it's this one?

It is MSN 3191, a 146-300, formerly registered as G-JEBD, operating for Air Lybia since 2009

I haven't seen any of the news coverage you refer to. Was the 146 in good condition or damaged?
