Injudiciuos, a apt wording considering his pervious departure from Crimes Against Aviation (Head of accident section). Left under duress due to sexual harassment charges. Seems the leopard doesn't change his spots, whether it be lying under oath, or getting touchy feely with the workers. Rumour has it the deputy director position at NDOT was also under threat for the same reasons, thus using his political mates to jump ship yet again.
