Chieftain down at Lanseria

Hear a Chieftain made an emergency landing short of Lanseria runway this morning. Three on board, one serious. A lack of fuel has not been discounted. Anyone with any more info?

A hero...

Now, why does both motors on a plane stop?

could it be that there was no fuel to keep them going? then, is the pilot still a hero for saving the day?
