Several creditors have made a joint application for the liquidation of the so called group of companies of HK (Don't go near Charterlink you will get burnt). The CAA has been notified of the dire situation at Charterlink but amazingly he has been allowed to carry on operating! Makes you think "Whats Up Here Then".

Just another Walter Mitty doing his merry dance at Lanseria. The place is riddled with them. They need to be named and shamed. B L*ng from Executive Turbine Holdings is the worst of the bunch. Who else needs to be added to the wall of shame?

?

Apparently he owns half share in a G II, bought for $1 Million... the other 50% owner, parted with $2 Million....

No secret that H.K. pocketed about $ 750 K and won half a share in the plane.

Apparently R 500'000 in the arrears with hangar rental, then dishes out death threats if people want their money...

What planet are these guy's from? you could not possibly make this **** up, tell your friends and family these stories around the xmas table and see if they believe you.

Last thing, how long can these thieving bastards get away with it? this list is rather more substancial than the names mentioned above, The late great Rossair and Norse, dont see anyone in jail for those little errors in judgement.

Then aviation in general gets tarred with the same brush, as one of the toilet humour aviation publications had themselves an editorial rant about FALA the snakepit....

For all "assuption makers" her are some facts:

Gll was bought for USD 1.475mill - docs to prove have been seen at the US AMO and there is an escrow and Gulfstream Basel know who bought this aerie.

JS is not the landlord as he claims to be and was taken to pieces by the bald advocate who made JS lawyers look like kids caught stealing sweets. Also HK has never seen a real lease agreement nor authority to prove he acts legally. The rent paid to him for 13 months is a subject of a court case now that will prove to have a very interesting outcome as those who eternally look for kak will eventually meet their match!

64 Eloff St room 515 has a fraud docket open against JS for building hijack as it is known in common terms.

Crew have raped HK for ratings and left after the coitus without even a kiss goodbye or cleaning the wet spot in the bed. One should meet the obligation of at least working back the ratings before deserting the ship. This is why companies want to bond crew nowadays - what happened to the old verbal promises of days gone by where you were loyal to the guys that helped you up the ladder of success.

At least the staff at CL have been paid every month even if the company is battling. The company would be in a much better financial state if the entities that owed them money actually paid the outstanding bills.

He may be a littleman but so are pitbulls!!! Remember if you want to pat a pitbull be sure you are not a puppy

Does this answer the facts sufficiently Candi, FL (luv that one) Kronos and co.?

All the assumption makers(correctly said sslut).......

HK was raped by unscrupulous pilots and "landlord" Js, at least he had balls not to give up on any mentioned lo... li..ves.

I dont work for him or the company but know him from where he started RA.

Funny at a certain pub yesterday where airline pilots sat and spoke about same subject of the crew that pulled the wool over his eyes and they know who they are!!! jet jocks and king air jocks . raped him for ratings to join and further their careers.

I also believe EACH pilot that worked there at CHL got a breitling watch for 'good work' .

The gulfstream II sp they own, is paid for and the price is what i heard 1,4 mil usd that was confirmed by a saa jock that knows HK very well.
The saa jock even went to US to assist him.

SSL is correct pilots and certian entities (auth) ties caused them to struggle this year.

CHL is not evicted as JS is not the "landlord" FALA mangagement can confirm this .
Ihave just confirmed there is a criminal case opened agaist JS for fraud.

HK and the loyal staff have taken a beating on this website , but a wheel turns all of you mudslingers. Hang in there CHL AND HK.

HK seems to have an awful number of concurrent fights going on. There are a few fights with the landlord, one with the CAA another for the liquidation of Charter Link. Then there is a fight with a bank about an aeroplane in the hangar and one with the AMO down the road. Right, then there is a fight with the crew about non payment and another with a Hawker owner about use of the aircraft many months ago. This doesn't include the fight with the owner of the GII next door that was apparently resolved down the barrel of a gun.

Overall seems like a stand up guy to me. No problem here.

Whine

DID YOU READ SSLUT S COMMENTS GET THE FACT BEFORE RUMOUR.

The fight about a crewmember is common knowledge , he was the guy who taught a student and pocket the money without informing the company.

Airport management knows JS is not landlord and collected rent from them and G5 without authority- wait until g 5 jumps in that one .....

Well we all know the JS involvement in Hangar 4 is more complex than that.

Is this the crew member whose sim training was terminated prematurely in the US by the service provider because they weren't paid? Or is this another one?

Anyhow still leaves a lot of fights.

Global / Sslut,

Are you referring to the now deceased G5 Aviation? prior occupants of said hangar? also doing great at not flying Gulfscreams and wondering why they went bust.

Now please explain how JS managed to collect the past few years worth of rent, three or more companies worth, moving in and out, how did FALA management and security issue access permits to the airport for everyone, if it is indeed their hangar being occupied, but never being paid.

I'm sorry, this hangar story makes no sense whatsoever.

I recall the Gulftream crew being poached from other operators, Like MCC, If they were willing to give their previous employers the shafting, why is HK now acting surprised if he wakes up with a burning bum....does a leopard change it's spots......didnt think so.

Crew being BONDED NOWADAYS, what planet are you from, who doesnt get bonded? hell, I'll fly that Jurassic jet for no bond.

Again, what is wrong with you when you buy a GII / GIII, did it dawn on anyone that the other 14 standing around might not be doing to great at taking over the charter industry, this is not just HK / Charterlink.

A Breitling nogal, free training, huge salaries, I'm having a talk with my boss.
