Don't know if its a state secret, but can somebody knowledgeable (maybe like Solenta or Nugpot) please inform me?
Thanks a mil.

points system
Differs from company to company. Just there way of sorting out the CVs. They will give most points for what they seem important to the company. For example, ATPL-10 points, Comm -5 points, IR GIII -3 points, GII-5 points, Total hours - 2 points for every 1 500 hours. Multi-engine turbine-3 points, multi-engine jet, 5 points.
So they give you points for your qualifications and in that way they can prioritise candidates for interviews.
Note: I do not know what the exact point allocations are, they are just examples to show how it works.
