This is Africa!
Utatu, Satawu, Sarwhu
And no, that is not a chant to the lion king or anything as stupid as that or Bafana Bafana.
It is all a bit of a union thing involving Transnet. Talks between the unions and Transnet are due to continue tomorrow, Sunday. The workers want 15% and Transnet have offered 11%. In addition, strikers have destroyed R20million of equipment.
Sad to say, no cavalry with sabres and no fuel haukage either. Check out the SABC web pages to keep yourself updated on the thrilling saga.
'Wages of Fear'.....?

Only fact is that there hasn't been any fuel shortage at JNB. Every few months there is another "rumor" about an impending shortage at JNB but there have been none in recent memory or no fuel restrictions any different to what I experience anywhere else!
I know this is a rumor network ... but just my 2c!
