Cape Verde AAC license conversion process
Has anyone recently converted an ICAO CPL/ATPL License to a Cape Verde License?
I know that the candidates have to do 2 exams, but it seems that they take the questions from either the JAA ATPL or the FAA questions database . Can anyone confirm this? any info on this?
