Far too many RIP's

Since 9th November - 6 days ago, African aviation has lost too many aviators & aircraft:

Wilson crash - maintenance issues possibly?
Kigali - not speculating on this yet.
South African Air Show - unknown as yet
Namibia - unknown as yet

4 accidents in 6 days? How many aviators have been lost?

RIP to you all ... may this trend stop here!

Perhaps the mawkish, irritating and inappropriate trend of posting "RIP"s by people who didn't know the victims could be stopped too?
