Hi Guys.
Can anybody please assist me with the name and contact of the senior CAA official (or equivalent) responsible for aviation safety oversight covering airline opertations, aircrew and enginerring licencing in the DRC?

Unless someone here on the forum happens to know the person and supplies you with the information, your best bet might be to try and get the information you seek from the ICAO office in Montreal, Canada.
The DRC CAA does not have much of a presence on the internet.

SLAKI, Good luck to you if you actually DO find a Senior NON CORRUPT official from the DRC CAA!! In 4 years we operated there, we never found ONE!!! Good Luck dude, and if anybody can supply you with a name, post it here please.......

Amen on that one. The DRC CAA is attrocious, but I have encountered a couple decent ones in the morass. Funny thing about them, last year one of them told me they wanted to get their country's airlines/charter operators to ICAO/non-blacklist standard by June 30th of next year (DRC's 50th birthday).
BTW, check out the "official" website of the DRC RVA. Good for some kicks n' grins.
