Someone can help me and give me some information about the job situation in Zanzibar? I know that there is some company with small aircraft that flies troughout the area. I would like to work there, so any info is welcome. Convalidations, how to get the work, where I have to go, ecc

Try zanair, they operate let 410's and a few single engine piston aircraft. Don't get you hopes up too high though. Maybe give them a call in january. Hope this helps.
