Lagos Runway 18L condition

Hey folks,

When it was re-commissioned last year the runway (18L) lights were still not installed. Any developments, or still day ops only?

Also what is its conditions drainage-wise, have the problems been addressed? ILS status?

Thanks.

Still daylight only ops, and still major drainage problems - its like a ski slope when wet...

ILS serviceable though...

18L Lagos

Still only daylight operations as well as severe early morning congestion for departure. When its flooded I would give it a Braking Action of 3, and hope not to end up on the rarely used end of the runway...it might be full of moss...lol. The water just accumulates on the runway no run-off.
