Executive Turbine gone under?

Just got a rumour that Executive Turbine at Lanseria Intl Airport in Johannesburg South Africa has gone belly up.

Anybody got more news on this?

I hope not!

I thought ET was rescued many years ago? Didn't the kids with bikes take him back to his spaceship?

Can we get this topic on track or will it continue to be the fly-trap that it's been over the past few days? RTFT.

Just Google "Executive Turbine Holdings (Pty) Ltd in liquidation" and all will be revealed. The Staatskoerant of the 18 September 2009 appears in the Greengazette. ET Airframe Maintenance and Engine Shop also appear.

Surely ET management has told its employees? Can't really see the contracts and charter divisions carrying on with the holdings company in liquidation?

That is very interesting.

Executive Turbine Aviation (Pty) Ltd still going strong. Just a closure of the dormant non-profitable companies.

Nothing to Rumour about........

Ok, so the creditors in those 4 entities get nothing and ET continues under the banner of one of the 'group' companies that isn't insolvent yet?

Thats about right for BL. How honourable.

Somewhere, someday, someone is going to return the favour BL. I hope I get to see your face when it happens. What you did to your crew, (oh sorry - you didn't, your puppets did) is despicable and deserves the return coming with interest. Hope you sleep well at night if you have a conscience. Please feel free to respond directly to me should you feel upset about this. Still waiting for my letter of apology you know

Four down, how many more to go? who/what is next? Is BL bailing out of SA?
Does he even care about crew? guess not, my 2 month with BL were worse than 4 months Afghanistan. I am glad I am out. At least here I know that the bad guys are not among us.
