Nigerian Conversion...

Please can anyone advice or offer any information on how to go about getting My FAA license converted to the Nigerian one? Also, what are the prospects of getting a job in Nigeria right now with just 250hrs Total?Or is it a "man know man" thing?

Thier are mutch better places in Africa to start a career in Aviation,eg Botswana,Kenya, Uganda all who have little corruption(Compared to Nigeria)
If you are not Politicaly Connected in West Africa you are going to get Screwed.
