Arik Air Cargo

I believe that Arik Air have recently started operations into South Africa. The London route seems to be doing very well, and they have started carrying cargo out of there, but what remains puzzling is why they would not carry any cargo out of South Africa.
Passengers are even cautioned when a ticket is purchased that they should not purchase any heavy appliances such as tv's, gen etc as this is not allowed to be checked in as baggage by Airports Company South Africa and that Arik currently do not carry any cargo ex South Africa.

Why would an airline refuse cargo on a route as profitable as JNB-LOS?

Plausible issues:

1) Pending authorization
2) Bilateral issues
3) Hifly objections
