Pilapt
For those heading to pilapt, I hope this might ease the pressure a bit. I would have loved to help with the joystick but time is the problem as I have commitments between now and the time you will be doing your pilapt tomorrow. Wish I could Bluetooth it. If you can rush, there is a place where I saw a joystick. Sarit centre 2nd floor. There are two PC shops. Check them there. Relax guys and all the best.

Don't worry and don't lose hope so fast. When we did the psychomotor one of the guys we were doing interviews with got a 1.1.1 on the trax and a 1.2.3 on the deflection test and he still went to S.A. It's not all about high scores they look for consistency and improvement(I think) in your scores so don't lose hope. As for me the hands was the hardest part i think i answered 50 percent of them wrongly and still made it to medicals. Pray to God, if you've made it this far there's a reason.

PilotKenya, Mistertoo
You're welcome. Hope you guys have your passports, yellowfever certificates and certificates of good conduct ready because after psychomotor everything moves so fast and if you don't have your documents ready you could be left behind. Imagine that.

@javier: its cool bro, I think everyone in our group was a complete novice with the joysticks. All scored 1,1,1 on the trax. Guess thats some encouragement to the guys who think they did it all wrong. I know we will make it to SA

Kenya Airways wants as many pilots as they can get, its only that people do not pass their interviews. All in all, i don't think they have a target if they have maybe 25 max but last year they did not reach their goal of recruiting 100 people so they may decide to recruit more.

the psychomotor was from 7 to 4 and each session was 1hour. Each session had 8people that makes a total of 80 people who did the psychomotor. If only 20 people are taken that technically means 2 people per session giving me a probability of only 25% of course with a +-5% error.....and what about the group that flew out on January?? How many were they?
