It has got to be 43. Nearly all prior groups have gone to 43. But I'm not absolutely certain.

2012 interviews

In my opinion I think the next batch will be coming to 43 air school, probably before end of the 1st quarter. That should mean that you will be starting your interviews any time from now. I would like to wish you all the best, and i hope to see you down south soon.

I'm finding it hard to believe that the HR department at KQ can't multi-task. Just because they are expanding their captain(s) crew does not mean they will sleep on the ab initio program. My best guess is the invitation for the interviews will come before the end of this month. If they do not then maybe you are right..

how does the 24 months period apply? is it from the time you applied or the time you dropped out of the interview?

@cmuli I have a friend of mine who is a student at JKUAT. He applied and was invited for kq interviews but he did not go for the phsycometric test simply becausethe date for interview coincided with that one for his university exams. So after enquiring from kq they urged that once you dont show up for an invited interview, you just have to wait for 24 months to be over before re-applying. I am not so sure whether its true so anybody with useful information please assist. I am also praying that the interview day will not coincide with that for my exams. Lets keep hoping for the best

Hey guys.

So KQ haven't emailed yet. Sigh.

I've been on this "almost a pilot" tip for a while now so... Now am doing something about it.

My family and I have managed to come up with most of the amount I need to attend Progress Flight Academy this month. The 21st. Already got in.

Currently applying for my Visa.

I wanted to wish you all the very best as you embark on what I can only describe as a once in a lifetime journey. Follow your dreams!!

Be blessed.

Guys am pretty sure KQ hasn't scrapped it's AB Initio course so sit tight. It may not happen now....but it'll happen.

@Capt. Golf It costs a little under 5.5Ksh And that's until you're at the Frozen Atpl level. Plus Airfare, medicals, Visa etc.
