Flight planning software / utilities for Southern Africa

Are there any recommendations for flight planning software / utilities / web sites for Southern Africa (possibly including weather) ? (My needs are strictly VFR)

Ideally something web-based.

Online searches don't reveal anything, and the one site I did find lied.

The only hit I get is Jeppesen Internet Flight Planner or Jeppesen VFR, though I can't seem to verify it's coverage of Southern Africa or which version to get.

Thanks in advance.

Try Easyplan - not web based but worthwhile for VFR.

Easyplan hands down - made by locals for the locals. Great piece of kit - otherwise I am not sure about Jepp VFR coverage here - I know for a fact you can get VFR Jepp charts on paper - so I am 99% sure they will have it on software too...

I will still recommend Easyplan though. I use it for all my 'jollie-patrollies'. (south african phrase)

Can't buy/download it off the internet.

Will look into it when I get back to SA.

Local is lekker!

The 'nice thing' about Jeps is it is the same software where ever you are, although you have to buy it separately for Europe, US and Africa so much of a muchness.

Thanks for the recommendation.
