All three aircraft are up and running!

Livery has a striking resemblance to BA - just different colours!

Aircraft registered in Congo. Flown by American Captains and local co-pilots. One of the three is still standing in Brazzaville with its nose into the hangar. Then another BAE146 still plain white is standing outside the hangar for the past 2 weeks not doing any work at the moment. But they are flying lots at the moment. Doing 2 flights daily to Point Noire and Brazzaville and then of to the north everyday as well, Ouesso.
Why not use SA pilots if the company is SA registered. Its easy to get Congolese licence, take 2weeks then done..Ive got one...

Any way good luck to them and maybe some SA pilot will get to fly it one day as well.

Nationality is sadly irrelevant since what you really need is a BAe 146 rating. If you have one then get in touch with Allegiance. I am sure they would be happy to hear from you.

Slightly off-topic but, does anyone here know the difference(s) between a BAe146-200 and a BAe146-200A ?
I've seen both in several listings but couldn't find any info on the web.

TIA

Francois.

The A versions were configured to US FAA requirements. There seems to be no consistency in whether the A is retained or not when it leaves the USA.

I am not aware of a 200A. I have been flying the 146 for 3 and a bit years now and have not seen a reference to a 200A in any of the manuals from Aerospace.
