Happened thursday PM at Phalaborwa. Surprised it has not made news here yet

Told it was a Baron and it took the pilot with it.

This is the really scary bit! When accidents are becoming so common-place they dont even make the news anymore!

It also did a wheels up on 06R lanseria about 8 years ago... Photo in Foster hangar
I saw it in FQVL on the apron early in Oct 2008 with the same colour scheme since then..

My guess, the front door wasn`t closed correctly!!
A very common problem for the Baron many years ago. AD was issued, but it still happened to me, very similar charactaristics of an engine failure!
