I one sees what the fat cats earn at the airline, (considering their pay increases) it sure is high time that the "working guy" gets an increase to reflect the "financial health" of the airline ...

I believe the MD of Air Namibia is the highest paid person in a Namibian State-owned enterprise. But hey, with no suitable qualifications and being a loyal party member, no wonder.
