Question Working in Africa,how?

Hi!
I have some doubts for working in Africa.
Im a Frozen ATPL JAR holder. So i would like to know how its possible for me or anyone JAR holder(im from Spain)to work there.
Have i to convert my JAR CPLto SA CPL licence? If so,could anyone tell me the all procedure about, written or flying exams, how long it takes and if its worth to do the Flight instructor course in Spain and then convert all CPL+CFI to SA licence or better to Convert only CPL to CPL and doing CFI in africa?Besides that,do they hire then as CFI or is it possible to get a job there?

Thanks...!!!
