The Great African Take-Off Way)))
One of two...:
A Lil overloaded plane...or a bit of a shorter Rwy
YouTube - CAA (Compagnie Africaine d'aviation) nearly crash
Or as the Video comment says»»»
"This CAA B727 tailstriked, lost its tailskid, overran the runway and nearly crashed in Kamina base (RDC). The reason? Nothing unusual here, just an overweight of about 5 tons!!!Good luck on your next trip to Congo"
Cheers and Happy Landings

Yeah Walikale, good times...60 kts in the turn on the road or you won´t make it over the trees in the LET...
CAA..Kalemie, hot and rather high. Ask the pilots, how heavy they are...they once told me they never know till Rotation
That´s DRC for you, show me a local company flying differently!
