CAA Documentation - Help!

Being busy with an extnesion to our AOC I came across the following, can anyone help me please:

MCM - how does this work if the aircraft is operated on three licences. The pilots then have to be conversant with three company ops manuals, there are three MCM's, one for each operator, each company manual needs to be on the aircraft, and there are then three AMS's as well? WTF???

AMS- the law says there is NO requirement for AMs for aircraft over 12,500lbs

SOC, no requirement in the law for this either?
