Totally Random Question...
I don't know whether this will be considered the correct forum by the mods... but here goes...
Totally Random Question:
Has anyone any idea what the average ticket price would have been for a passenger to travel from London Heathrow to Johannesburg using South African Airways in September 1989? (Google turns up nothing)
The reason I ask is that a friend of a friend needs to settle a very old unpaid debt!
If anyone can be of any help it would be much appreciated

Most unsettled claims should be stale after 3 years...
Whoever owes someone for a ticket bought in 1989, should consider returning the favour in other ways than present day currency!

Thanks for the reply Lazy Pilot... helped give me a rough idea
True true Razorback... this was more of a 'Gentlemens Agreement' rather than a claim... you give someone your word etc etc... you keep to it
