re: airserv

hi, just curious to know what the requirements are to get into Airserv; i see on there webpage its 1500PIC etc; but its fairly vague in terms multi/turbine requirements which used to be published on the webpage a few years ago. Does anyone know if you must be type rated to fly the C208 or type rated to fly the B200 with x-amount off hours, or can you join the organisation with x-amount off hours and they endorse you on types. Does someone also know if the aeroplanes Airserv operate single pilot ops or a multi crew environment? In terms of the rostering system are you fixed at a particular base for a couple months or is it a fly in fly out situation?
