Namibia opportunities

Hi All,
I am planning to finish up my comm next year 2009 here in Namibia. How long do you think the current pilot shortage will last and how will it affect job opportunities in Namibia from mid 2009 onwards? Would it have an affect on opportunities at Air Namibia?

Cheers
