Arik Air Questions

Howdy All,

I'm looking for some information on flying for Arik Air. Pay, benefits, security, et cetera. I am also interested to know if they require type-ratings, or if they pay for them. What equipment are pilots being hired in to? Contract? General working conditions (discounting the fact that it is Nigeria.)
